Bell is set to make a strong impression at Verticon 2026 in Atlanta, Georgia, showcasing its latest aircraft, technological developments and comprehensive customer support solutions. The event provides Bell with an opportunity to demonstrate the versatility of its helicopter range while celebrating significant milestones achieved over the past year.

In a symbolic opening to the show, Bell plans to become the first operator to fly an aircraft into Verticon 2026, arriving with the SUBARU Bell 412EPX. The flight will serve as a tribute to the Bell 412 platform’s 45 years of service, highlighting the aircraft’s enduring reputation for reliability and adaptability across multiple mission profiles.

Bell enters the exhibition following a highly successful year in its commercial business segment. During 2025, the company delivered 169 helicopters to customers worldwide, reinforcing its position as a major player in the global rotorcraft market.
Among the notable orders completed during the year was a fleet deal with Global Medical Response, the world’s largest Bell helicopter emergency medical services (HEMS) operator. The agreement included the delivery of seven Bell 429 helicopters, further strengthening the aircraft’s presence in the air medical sector.

Bell also secured a significant defence-related contract for its light helicopter platform, delivering 40 Bell 505 Jet Rangers to the Republic of Korea Armed Forces. The aircraft is widely used for training and light utility roles and has proven particularly popular with military operators seeking a modern replacement for legacy training helicopters.

Another major milestone for the manufacturer came at its Commercial Delivery and Assembly Centre in Mirabel, Canada, where Bell completed its 6,000th commercial aircraft. The landmark helicopter was a SUBARU Bell 412EPX, underscoring the continued importance of the twin-engine utility platform in the company’s portfolio.

Visitors to the Bell stand will be able to explore several helicopters representing the company’s diverse commercial lineup.
The corporate-configured Bell 505 on display demonstrates how the light single-engine helicopter can be tailored for executive transport. The aircraft features a distinctive paint scheme, solar-advantage windows and windshield and the recently introduced Garmin three-axis autopilot, enhancing pilot workload management and flight stability.

For customers seeking premium transport, the Bell 429 Designer Series will showcase the company’s approach to VIP rotorcraft interiors. Designed to provide a quiet and comfortable cabin environment, the aircraft offers executives an efficient means of travel while allowing them to maximise productivity between destinations.

Also on display will be the Helicopter Express SUBARU Bell 412EPX, a workhorse aircraft configured for aerial firefighting operations. Helicopter Express uses the type extensively for fire suppression missions, where its lifting capability, endurance and advanced avionics make it well-suited to rapid response and sustained operations in demanding environments.

Representing the critical air-medical sector will be the Air Methods Bell 407IFR. Air Methods recently expanded its fleet with three additional Bell 407GXis, following an earlier order for 15 aircraft. These helicopters play a vital role in delivering emergency medical care, supporting services that reach more than 100,000 people annually.

Bell is also using Verticon 2026 as a platform to highlight recent avionics upgrades and technological enhancements. The company has introduced Garmin Software Version 24 for the Bell 407, improving functionality for both VFR and IFR operations. These updates are designed to enhance situational awareness, navigation capability and overall operational efficiency.

Meanwhile, the Bell 505 has received several notable improvements, including the Garmin three-axis autopilot and solar-advantage glazing. Together, these upgrades enhance comfort and operational flexibility, allowing the aircraft to perform a wide range of missions from training and tourism to corporate transport.

Beyond aircraft manufacturing, Bell continues to expand its Global Customer Solutions network. Over the past year, the team has handled nearly 9,500 customer support requests, ensuring operators receive timely assistance to keep their helicopters operational and safe.

Training remains a central pillar of Bell’s support strategy. The Bell Training Academy (BTA) offers pilots and technicians access to advanced instruction using full-motion flight simulators, interactive classroom programmes and hands-on maintenance training. The facility allows operators to develop both operational and technical expertise directly from Bell’s own instructors.

Bell’s Aeronautical Accessories brand will also feature prominently at the exhibition, presenting a range of mission-specific equipment designed to enhance helicopter performance and capability.

Products on display will include Health and Usage Monitoring System (HUMS) upgrades, cockpit and interior enhancements, landing gear options, improved window systems and glass-cockpit upgrades. These accessories are particularly valuable for public-safety and utility operators requiring specialised equipment for demanding operational environments.

By combining aircraft displays, technological advancements and customer support initiatives, Bell aims to demonstrate the breadth of its helicopter ecosystem at Verticon 2026.
